Qingjian has unveiled JadeScape, its latest new launch on Shunfu Road, at an average price of $1,700 psf on Monday.

The 1,206-unit residential project, which will be built on the site of the former Shunfu Ville private HUDC estate, is the largest residential project in Qingjian’s Singapore portfolio so far. JadeScape smart living features is the first one of it’s kind in Singapore too.

It will be the second launch after the latest round of cooling measures on 5th July, which hurried the developers of Stirling Residences, Park Colonial and Riverfront Residences to sell their units on the same night of the announcement. The first to launch after the measures is The Tre Ver by UOL.
