Queens Peak showflat is located on site at Dundee Road, former Queenstown Driving Test Centre. For potential buyers taking public transport, simply alight at Queenstown MRT station and cross over the road using the link bridge.

Queens Peak showroom will be opened to the public for viewing pleasure starting from 22nd October 2016 onwards. Due to the attractive pricing, you can expect large crowd flocking to the showflat on the 1st weekend. It will stay open for around 10 to 12 calendar days to collect interest from the public.

The VVIP preview sales is scheduled on 5th November 2016. Priority is given to those multiple units purchasers. To attend the VVIP preview, interested parties are required to submit full document, i.e., Purchaser’s Particular Form, Letter of Authorisation, photocopy of NRIC and a cheque issued to the developer’s account.

For those who used private transport, travel along Commonwealth Avenue, make a left turn to Strathmore Avenue, followed by another left turn to Dundee Road, where Queens Peak showflat is situated.
