A total of 9 developers had participated in this Government Land Sales (GLS) bidding exercise. Based on this price bided, it works out to be $871 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). It translates to a break even price of $1480psf. Hence Queens Peak price should be within the market expecting price average between $1600psf to $1700psf, which many analyst had forecasted.
To remain competitive with Commonwealth Towers, which is situated just beside this new launch, Queens Peak price must be competitively priced to attract price-sensitive buyers.
