Difference between Mayfair Gardens and Mayfair Modern

Potential buyers might experience some confusion between these two new launches, since they are previously a single project called Mayfair Gardens.

For easy identification purpose, Mayfair Modern is the plot of land fronting Upper Bukit Timah Road, whereas Mayfair Gardens are the L-shape plot of land which is closer to the landed houses around the vincinity.
