Grandeur Park Residences VVIP preview sales is expected to be in end of February, 2017. There will be priority given to multiple units purchasers during the preview sales day. In order to be entitled for VVIP Preview price, all interested purchasers are required to submit their full document which includes Purchaser’s Particular (PP) Form, Letter of Authorisation (LOA) and photocopy of NRIC. A cheque is required too and to be issued to the developer’s project account.
