For those travelling to Forest Woods Showflat by public transport, alight at Serangoon MRT Station (NE12), and exit towards the direction of NEX Mega mall. If Forest Woods showroom‘s carpark is full, visitors are strongly encouraged to park either at NEX, the multi-storey carpark at blk 410a along Serangoon Central or the open HDB car park at Blk 335 along Serangoon Avenue 2.

The showflat of Forest Woods features 2 different unit layout type, the 2 bedroom + Study (Type BS2 – 667 sqft) and 3 Bedroom (Type CP3 – 990sqft).

Viewing: Strictly by Appointment BASIS only

Forest Woods Showflat will be opened from 24 September onwards to the public via appointment basis only. This will likely to continue for the next 10 days and the preview sales will be tentatively on 8 Oct 2016.

Once the preview sales is over, the showflat will be closed from time to time for routine maintenance or hosting some private events by the developer without notice, therefore all visitors are strongly advised to make an appointment before heading down to avoid any potential disappointment.
