Very few ECs are within 5 mins walk of an MRT terminal. Those that are, are effectively sold out, except for the remaining units at The Brownstone next door. For private condominiums, the price between a unit that is within 5 minutes stroll of an MRT station, vs those outside strolling radius, is at least 15% higher.
