Clement Canopy showroom is opening to the public for viewing pleasure soon. The tentative opening is scheduled to be after 2017 Chinese New Year. Expect large crowd visiting the showroom on the 1st weekend of opening. Public interest is expected to be strong as there is no new launch in Clementi town since The Trilinq.

Clement Canopy VVIP preview sales is expected to be in end of February. Priority will be given to multiple units purchasers. In order to be entitled for VVIP Preview price, buyers are required to submit their full document such as Purchaser’s Particular Form, Letter of Authorisation and photocopy of NRIC. A cheque is required too and issue to the developer’s project account. It is not necessary to write any amount on the cheque as the VVIP discounted price will only be revealed on the actual day of sales.

For those who used private transport, travel along Commonwealth Avenue West towards Clementi Town, make a left turn to Clementi Avenue 1, drive along till you see Nan Hua High School on your left, Clement Canopy showflat is situated on the right.
