Martin Modern showflat is opening to the public. The tentative opening is scheduled to be in second quarter of 2017. Large crowd is anticipated to throne the showroom on the first two weeks of the opening.
Martin Modern VVIP preview sales is expected to be before June 2017. As a common practice by most developers, priority queue will be given to multiple units purchasers during actual preview sales day. In order to be entitled for VVIP Preview price, full document is required to be submitted to the developer’s appointed Sales team.
